Your campaign can be live within 24 hours from when we receive notification of the completed e-sign between you & Highly Recommended LTD.
The Contract between you and us for the supply of the Services comprises the benefits and services set out in your selected Service Package and the T&Cs.
All packages offer the following additional benefits for the second and subsequent months of your subscription:
- Click to call
- Dedicated account manager
- Service goes live within 48 Business Hours of your confirmed subscription
- Option to request a month-end report showing customer responses, delivered within 3 Business Days of the end of the month
- E-mail support within 5 Business Days of support request.
If you want to upgrade your package for the following month you should e-mail us at least 10 Business Days in advance at customerservice@highly-recommended.co.uk
Terms and Conditions of Service (T&Cs)
In these T&Cs the expression “you” and similar pronouns means the company named in the Price Package and “we”, “us” and similar pronouns means Highly Recommended Ltd, a limited liability company with registered number 09621979 and with registered address at Office 3 69a Church Street Littleborough, OL15 8AB.
